Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

I think I've had enough thin crust pizzas to know that Judy's thin crust tastes like crackers. The sauce is thin but the overall taste is okay, not too salty. Try their waffle fries, it's super yummy, or their burgers instead.

Judy's was in Deerfield for years and then moved to Highland Park when a redevelopment took place. At that point, I started ordering from Ilforno. I wish I had never left Judy's! Tonight, after many years (due to recent issues with IlForno) ....I ordered the Spinach, Tomato and Onion Thin Crust Pizza from Judy's and realize what I've missed for so many miss-guided years! Great crust! Fresh Ingredients and fast accurate delivery. Thank You! I'll be back!

Grossest pizza ever! I don't know how they're still around!

Growing up I hated Judy's. I wen't back recently and was pleasantly surprised. It's just a solid pizza place that isn't like most of the other stuff you can get around the area. If you like mushrooms, get that. They don't screw around.

Not what I expected. Not that I know exactly what I expected, but I just really really wanted to love my pizza tonight. It was just A-OK. I'm a meat eater and my hubby isn't. If I had my choice I would have ordered something with meat on it, but I opted for a double-decker cheese pizza with olives and spinach on half. First of all, I placed my order when I was starving and decided the family should go for more than a thin crust... even though I REALLY wanted to follow the reviews and get the thin. Here's the deal. It was super messy because it wasn't cooked quite enough. I would have liked it so much more if it had been even the slightest bit crispy. - Loaded with cheese and plenty of olives (a little light on the spinach). - The sauce was a nice tangy sweet. - The crust was a pretty looking rope twist crust with just the right amount of flake. - The crust didn't have much flavor - I like a more seasoned crust. Even though I got a coupon for a free double-decker pizza, next time I really want to try the thin crust. I truly want to support this business because it's right in my neighborhood. Judy's Pizza, I will be back, but I'm going thin next time around.

Hands down, the best pizza in Highland Park! Great sauce, always cooked to perfection. And Jerry always remembered our name when we walked in the door. But yes, the recipe's stayed the same with the new owners and their customer service seems to be just as personalized as Jerry's was.

Jerry the former owner sold this place. Pizza is the same. Same recipe and preparation. Hoping the quality doesn't change!

Yeahhhh......no. nearly flavorless pizza at 20% more than Moccios. You are crazy if you select this. Call Moccios. 20 v 14 on a small pizza delivered. Clear choice. Delivery guy was nice

I love a good thin pizza and this is one of the best. My pizza was a little cool around the edges. I wish they would have kept in on top of the oven instead of out on a cold counter top which is where it was when I picked it up. Not sure how long it was sitting there. But it was very good and flavorful. I will go back. They also have a double decker pizza that I'll have to try too. Inside there are a few tables and one crummy TV. Looks like they are mostly take out and delivery joint.

Awesome pizza. The best on the north shore. Great hot dogs also! Wonderful staff with carry out and delivery also available. They have three dine in tables also to boot. Coke products available in cans. Awesome!

Judy's pizza is awesome if I lived closer I'd have it every night the double decker is to die for if you live close I highly recommend it

I've been going to Judy's since the 80s. A very good thin crust pizza. I recommend sticking with the basic sausage. The crust is too thin to handle a bunch of ingredients. This is a basic pizza, nothing fancy, with a unique flavor and taste. Give it a try.

people at work like ordering pizza from judy's. the pizza is decent - not the greatest but not the worst. it is a little greasy but nothing a good dab can't take care of. seeing as there are a ton of pizza joints in the area, pizzerias need to set themselves apart somehow. they can do that in one of two ways: 1. having awesome pizza and 2. having awesome service. i've already stated by opinion on the pizza itself so let's move on to the service. we ordered pizzas to be delivered at 12pm. at 12:30, we had nothing. i tried to call to get an update and was placed on hold for forever. i ended up hanging up. finally, i was able to get a hold of someone at judy's. the good news, the delivery guy was on his way. the bad news, he just left. when you have a dozen people waiting for lunch and it's almost one-hour late, i don't think that is considered good service. i don't think i'll be ordering from judy's again.

We ordered a bunch of pizzas from Judy's for a classroom pizza party. They were able to have the pizzas ready at 11 am which posed a problem for other local pizza places. We kept things simple and ordered all large cheese thin crust pizzas. The kids enjoyed the pizza and do did the staff. Thanks Judy's!

Best pizza hands down. Get the Double Decker, you won't be disappointed. Forget those big corporate pizza places. Judy's Pizzeria has been a legend in Deerfield and Highland Park for so many years. Service and food are fantastic. Every review should be five stars. Keep up the great work!

A Deerfield hidden gem of a pizza place. Not great for eating in, but consistent great pizza be it thin crust or deep dish. Judy (retired, but when she is in town) and her son Jerry are the nicest people you could ever meet.

Amazing thin crust pizza- Judy's is really as good as it gets. The owner works the phones and the cash register, and is the nicest guy. If you collect enough of the coupons that are stapled on your order, you get a free pizza. We always get a large veggie pizza with mushrooms on half, and an order of onion rings. Perfectly seasoned pizza.

My family has been getting pizzas from Judy's ever since my parents moved to Deerfield in 1986. Since then it has been the only pizza we really get. The thin crust is good, but get the double decker. My dad and I love the Judy's special. They will even deliver all the way to Lincolnshire. If you are in the area and want a pie don't bother getting it from anywhere else.

Consistly good pizza. Thin crust tangy sauce gotta love it.

This place is mostly for carryouts, even though they have two tables they're really not set up for eat in. Its a nice thin crust pizza, reasonably priced, easy in and easy out. Nothing fancy. Think of it as the place to get from instead of Domino's in West Highland Park / East Deerfield.
